Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups sparkling water, gluten-free and soy-free
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and mint, optional

Directions

  1. Mash strawberries with honey or sugar until juicy.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and cold water.
  3. Strain if you want a smoother drink.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour lemonade halfway up.
  5. Top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or dairy-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, gluten-free and soy-free
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free, soy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream or coconut whipped cream, optional

Directions

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add chocolate chips and whisk until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream if using.

  • 4 cups apple cider or apple juice, gluten-free and soy-free
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves, optional
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup, optional
  • Apple slices for serving

Directions

  1. Add cider, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and brown sugar to a saucepan.
  2. Warm over medium heat until steaming.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove spices and orange slices.
  5. Serve warm with fresh apple slices.
